We finally got a race in, matter of fact 2 races as we made up the rained out feature from last week. Not too bad of a night as we finished 2nd in the first feature and 5th in the 2nd feature. We started 14th in the 2nd feature and got up to 5th where we ended up. The track was changed over the winter and it has seemed to helped, 3 & sometimes 4 wide racing. The track was smooth especially with all the rain we have had this past month. I would like to wish all the Mothers out there a Happy Mother's Day. See you next week.

The night started out fairly good as we took 2nd in our heat, after that things got worse (LOL) The track always is dry slick by feature time,guess what it wasn't. We had to redraw for starting positions and my father-in-law drawed we started the last row outside. We ended up finishing 8th in the feature. Oh well there is always next week. No racing this weekend everybody got rained out so maybe we can go over the car this week.

The weather hasn't been the greatest, but our first race is scheduled for April 4th at I-70 Speedway. March 14 *weather permitting* – United States Modified Touring Series, at US 36 Raceway. It might be a cool evening. I have some friends planning on running that race, would like to see it if possible.

Trying to get some work done on the race car, it has been a busy winter.

At the present time we are planning on running at I-70 Speedway on Friday night and I-35 Speedway,LLC on Saturday night.

We will try and keep this updated as much as possible,my father-in-law will be doing the posting, I can't spend the time on the computer that he does. LOL

I really enjoyed the I-70 banquet and getting to visit with the other drivers. Hope to see you at the track during the 2008 season.

The weather doesn't want to corporate at all. They did get 2 USMTS races in over the weekend at Humboldt and Mayetta so hopefully the weather will improve. I have been working on the car, new sheet metal is on and waiting on the decals. April 4th will be the opener at I-70 Speedway, hope it is alot warmer by then. Congradulations to Pat Graham on his finish at Thunderhill Speedway, alot of fast cars were in that field.Hopefully we can get his old car back in the winner's circle. Happy Easter To Everyone ...
